If Money Map isn't right for you, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Just email moneymapdesktop@mail.grokbot.com with your order email or order number. No questions asked.
Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Because Money Map is a local file that runs offline, we can't remotely revoke it after a refund. We trust customers who ask in good faith.
Repeat refund requests from the same customer may be declined.
